Over the past few years, the education environment has greatly changed. Forced by a rapidly progressing deadly disease, policy makers, as well as school officials had to come up with quick measures to protect students and schools' personnel, but also to ensure that students can pursue their learning. From social distancing to the wearing of a mask, adopting and implementing the new measures revealed to be a daunting task both because of the novelty that surrounded the pandemic and the uncertainty of its evolution.
