Quintessence Learning offers both one-on-one and group coaching designed to enhance teachers' capacity based on their existing knowledge, experiences, and challenges. While the one-on-one coaching is built on a teacher's specific areas of concerns, the  group coaching addresses challenges that are common to teaching in general.
